PPSA Handicapping for Div II
(PY) Yachts
The PPSA sought the advice
and approval of the RYA Portsmouth Yardstick Advisory Panel to administer the
Royal Yachting Association Portsmouth Yardstick Scheme (PYS) on a Port rather
than a Club basis since when all clubs agreed to discontinue clubs’ individual
handicapping systems for Division II (PYS) yachts.
The scheme is administered by the Port Handicapper; Nick Head, an Officer of the PPSA elected annually at the PPSA AGM, who can be contacted by e-mail:- handicapper $ ppsa.org.uk Please remove spaces and change $ to an @ sign
